° El auxilio nacional a que se refiere el articulo 1" de la Ley 111 de 1938, será manejado e invertido por una Junta compuesta de dos miembros nombrados por el Concejo Municipal de San Juan de Ríoseco; uno nombrado por la Secretaría de Asistencia Social de Cundinamarca; otro designado por el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, y un quinto miembro que será el Cura Párroco de la población de San Juan de Rioseco.
