El Gobierno podrá derogar total o parcialmente, antes del día de la apertura de las próximas sesiones ordinarias del Congreso, las disposiciones que dicte en virtud de las facultades que se le dan por la presente Ley; de esa fecha en adelante la derogación corresponderá al Poder Legislativo.
