Las personas a quienes se les concede el indulto o respecto de las cuales se decrete el beneficio jurídico, en desarrollo de estas disposiciones, no podrán ser procesadas o juzgadas por los mismos hechos que dieron lugar a su otorgamiento sin perjuicio de lo contemplado en los artículos 63 y 64 de la presente ley.
