ARTICULO 114. Definición . El control interno se ejercerá en todas las entidades del Distrito mediante la aplicación de técnicas de dirección, verificación y evaluación de desempeño y la gestión que se cumple. Con tal fin se adoptarán manuales de funciones y procedimientos, sistemas de información y programas de selección, inducción y capacitación de personal. El establecimiento y desarrollo del sistema de control interno será responsabilidad del respectivo secretario, jefe de departamento administrativo o representante legal.
