Ley 66 de 1965 · por la cual se provee al sostenimiento, dotación, mejoramiento y ampliación de la "Normal Agrícola de Valsálice".

Destínanse las siguientes partidas para la Escuela Normal Agrícola de Valsálice:

Para la terminación del edificio en donde funciona en la actualidad la Escuela Normal Agrícola de "Valsálice", $ 175.000.00;

Para construcciones destinadas a dependencias de la misma Escuela, tales como la Cooperativa Escolar, establo, porquerizas, etc., $ 70.000.00.

Para compra de terrenos con destino a la misma Escuela, $ 190.000.00.

Para adquisición de laboratorios, bibliotecas, maquinaria agrícola, semovientes, mobiliario, y otros elementos pedagógicos $ 150.000.00.
