°. Secretaría Técnica . La Secretaría Técnica tendrá las siguientes funciones

Convocar a los miembros permanentes e invitados especiales a las sesiones del Comité Asesor.

Coordinar con el Gobierno Nacional, con el Congreso de la República y las autoridades territoriales, las acciones definidas por el Comité Asesor y dispuestas en la Ley 1599 del 21 de diciembre de 2012.

Hacer seguimiento y preparar informes de la ejecución de las actividades definidas por el Comité Asesor.

Elaborar y suscribir las actas de las reuniones.

Las demás que el Comité le confiera.
