Artículo octavo. Para la elaboración de los planes de estudios y de los programas de las asignaturas técnicas, el Ministerio de Educación tendrá la asesoría del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario.

Parágrafo

El Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario dará facilidades a los planteles de que trata este Decreto para que, en sus centros de investigación y estaciones experimentales, se dé énfasis a la parte práctica de las asignaturas técnicas.
