º Los centros de colonización de baldíos nacionales que establezcan los Departamentos en sus territorios, serán costeados por iguales partes entre la Nación y el respectivo Departamento.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de colonización en las regiones limítrofes con los países vecinos, el auxilio na cional será de un 70 por 100 de los gastos totales.
