MESADA PENSIONAL DE NAVIDAD. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto los exalumnos de las escuelas de formación que se encuentren en goce de pensión tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una mesada de navidad igual a la pensión que hayan devengado el 30 de noviembre del respectivo año, la que debe pagarse en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
