Convocatoria del Comité. El Comité del Fondo de Compensación Ambiental será convocado por el Ministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible con 15 días calendario de anticipación a la fecha de reunión y sesionará como mínimo cuatro veces al año y cuando se convoque a reuniones extraordinarias.
