En caso de que éste se liquide, todos sus bienes, incluidos los dineros del Fondo que se encuentren en caja o en bancos, una vez cancelados los pasivos, serán entregados por el Ministerio de Agricultura a una entidad pública o privada especializada, con el fin de que los invierta en los mismos objetivos a los establecidos en la presente ley.
