El Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil procederá a cancelar el permiso de operación a aquellos aeropuertos construidos conforme a las autorizaciones del Decreto 0129 de 1952, cuando constituyan peligro para las operaciones aéreas. El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha.
