Las decisiones se adoptarán por la Comisión Nacional de Energía, mediante resoluciones expedidas por su Presidente y refrendadas por el Secretario, contra las cuales sólo procederá el recurso de reposición en los términos previstos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
