°. Establecer un gravamen arancelario de cero por ciento (0%) para la importación de los productos correspondientes a las siguientes subpartidas arancelarias:

Parágrafo

El gravamen arancelario del cero por ciento (0%), aplicará solo a las importaciones de maquinaria usada del ámbito agrícola, clasificadas por las subpartidas anteriormente relacionadas siempre y cuando no presenten Registro de Producción Nacional vigente a la fecha de embarque de la mercancía, entendiéndose como tal la fecha de expedición del documento de transporte o a la fecha de presentación y aceptación de la declaración de importación para la mercancía.
