Las Comisarías Pagadoras llevarán la Contabilidad por el sistema de Cargo y Data prescrito á los Habilitados. Cada partida que se describa llevará el número de orden del respectivo comprobante, é irá firmada en el cargo por el enterante y el Comisario, y en la Data por el que recibe los fondos y por el Comisario. Además llevarán dos libros auxiliares de cuentas corrientes: con las Oficinas civiles ó militares de quienes recibe fondos; y con los Cuerpos, Divisiones, Brigadas, Columnas, Compañías sueltas, etc., á quienes se les entregan, aparte de los que exija en especial cada ramo de ingresos y que determine el Intendente general.
