° . La visa de cortesía expedida al nacional ecuatoriano de que trata el artículo anterior, no implica el otorgamiento de privilegios e inmunidades y en ningún caso afecta la situación de los nacionales ecuatorianos en materia migratoria.

Parágrafo

La vigencia de la visa de cortesía otorgada al nacional ecuatoriano será acorde con la actividad a desarrollar en el territorio colombiano, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 4000 de 2004, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la resolución número 4700 de 2009.
