En la resolución que otorgue la concesión se incluirán, la identificación del concesionario, la descripción de la red que se utilizará para la prestación del servicio, los atributos que caracterizan el servicio portador que se prestará, el(las) área(s) de prestación del servicio, las garantías que debe establecer el concesionario para amparar sus obligaciones, el canon de la concesión y la duración de la misma.
