Art. 6.° El Poder Ejecutivo emitirá los siguientes documentos de crédito:

1.° Pagarés del Tesoro admisibles en el cincuenta por ciento de la parte libre de los derechos de importación, i en el cincuenta por ciento do la parte libre del valor de la sal que se venda en las salinas nacionales.

La emisión de estos pagarés no pasará de dos millones i medio de peros, ni se hará en cada mes por más de doscientos mil.
