ARTICULO 2.3.2.8.- REEMBOLSO PREFERENCIAL DE LOS APORTES REALIZADOS POR LOS TITULARES DE LAS ACCIONES CON DIVIDENDO PREFERENCIAL. Decretada la disolución de la sociedad y una vez pagado el pasivo externo, incluidos los bonos convertibles en acciones, los titulares de acciones con derecho preferencial y sin derecho de voto, tendrán derecho a obtener el reembolso de sus aportes con preferencia a los titulares de acciones ordinarias. Cuando las acciones con dividendo preferencial hayan sido suscritas con una prima por colocación de acciones, el reembolso preferencial incluirá dicha prima. Realizado el reembolso de los aportes a todos los accionistas, el remanente se distribuirá entre todos ellos a prorrata de sus aportes.
