Ley 26 de 1921 · Por la cual se dictan algunas medidas sobre fomento de la Intendencia del Chocó

El producto del impuesto fluvial que se causa en el rio Atrato, será cobrado por un Intendente Fluvial que residirá en Cartagena, quien lo remesara mensualmente a la Junta de Navegación del Atrato. Dicha Junta será nombrada por el Poder Ejecutivo, y funcionara en Quibdó ad honorem , con un personal de tres miembros, entre los cuales estará el Intendente,

quien será su Presidente. El sueldo mensual del Intendente Fluvial será de cien pesos ($100)

mensuales, y deberá prestar una fianza conforme lo dispone el Código Fiscal. Asignase cinco pesos ($5) oro mensuales para gastos de escritorio.
