Recursos contra los actos que imponen sanciones . Contra los actos administrativos que imponen una sanción proceden los recursos de reposición y apelación dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de la notificación de conformidad con el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Los recursos deberán interponerse y sustentarse por escrito.
