La tenencia y conservación, de las armas no consideradas coarto de defensa, personal por el articulo 2º del presente Decreto, que hubieren sido adquiridas legalmente por personas naturales o jurídicas con anterioridad a la vigencia de la presente disposición, quedarán circunscritas a instalaciones o predios rurales y urbanas, para lo cual el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares expedirá el salvoconducto correspondiente, que revalidará el vigente en la actualidad.
