Con estos requisitos, las cuentas por reintegro serán ordenadas por la Secretaría de Hacienda o por las Prefecturas, según el caso, y pagadas a su presentación por la Administración General de Hacienda o por las Administraciones Provinciales. En este último caso, los Prefectos solicitarán mensualmente la delegación respectiva. Los pagos que por esta causa se hagan se imputarán al capítulo y artículo respectivos de la recaudación de la renta en el Presupuesto de la vigencia.
