Art 2. ° El Ministro respectivo girara por mensualidades de a doscientos pesos oro ($ 200) cada una, hasta completar dicho auxilio, a favor del Ilmo. Sr. Arzobispo de Cartagena, a fin de que la expresada cantidad se invierta en la forma que este tenga a bien disponer de conformidad con la presente Ley.

La suma de que trata esta Ley se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia en curso.
