º. Para la constitución de los Fondos Regionales de Capitalización social, los fundadores, deberán ser personas representativas de los empleadores y trabajadores de las regiones que integran el respectivo fondo, se reunirán en asamblea de la ciudad sede del fondo, de conformidad con el artículo 8º del Decreto 98 de 1973, en la fecha y sitio que señale el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, con el fin de suscribir el acta de constitución del fondo y escoger el representante legal provisional del mismo y su suplente.
