Art. 274. Un cursante perderá el curso ó cursos en quo se hubiere matriculado, en los casos siguientes: Cuando sea condenado á esa pena conforme al Reglamento; Cuando no presente el examen anual ó no sea aprobado en él; Cuando deje de presentarse en el certamen sin causa justa calificada de tal por el Director.
