Los actos que realice la Sociedad para el desarrollo de sus actividades se sujetaran a las reglas del derecho privado y al control de la jurisdicción ordinaria, de acuerdo a las normas legales vigentes. Aquellos actos que realice para el cumplimiento de funciones administrativas, son actos administrativos, sujetos al control de la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo, de conformidad con la ley.
