Articulo 2° Con base en la economía producida por la supresión de que trata el artículo anterior, créanse los cargos de maestros para Escuelas Urbanas de Florencia, con asignación mensual de $ 100 cada uno, a partir del 1° de marzo hasta el 31 de diciembre, inclusive, del año en curso.
