Art. 4º Autorízase al Gobierno para que, si lo estima conveniente, conceda el uso de los postes del Telégrafo de la Nación a las Empresas de Teléfonos á grandes distancias, mediante el pago del costo de reparación de los postes, y de vigilancia de la respectiva línea en concurrencia proporcional con el Gobierno.
