°. Solicitudes en trámite. Las solicitudes de declaratoria de existencia de Zonas Francas Permanentes dedicadas exclusivamente a las actividades de evaluación técnica, exploración y producción de hidrocarburos costa afuera y sus actividades relacionadas, que se encuentren en trámite antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, les aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de este decreto.
