Art. 2° El retrato del Coronel Pineda será costeado por los fondos públicos, para lo cual se apropiará la respectiva suma en el Presupuesto del presente año ; se colocará en el salon que guarda en la Biblioteca nacional las obras cedidas por él, y dicho salon se llamará " Biblioteca Pineda."

Un ejemplar de esta ley se enviará oficialmente á la viuda y huérfanos del expresado señor.
