En desarrollo del Decreto número 1656 del 12 de agosto de 1998, los gastos que se causen en cumplimiento de la misión asignada en el artículo 1º del presente decreto se cubrirán con cargo al presupuesto de funcionamiento asignado al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, para la vigencia fiscal de 2000.
