La Superintendencia de Valores continuará ejerciendo la inspección y vigilancia permanente sobre las bolsas de valores, los comisionistas de bolsa, los comisionistas independientes de valores, las sociedades administradoras de fondos de inversión, las sociedades administradoras de depósitos centralizados de valores, las sociedades calificadoras de valores y los fondos de garantía que se constituyan en el mercado público de valores, en los mismos términos y con las mismas facultades previstas en las disposiciones vigentes.
