Todo remate de objetos que se verifique de acuerdo con el artículo anterior será anunciado por carteles, y por lo menos en un periódico de los que se editen en el lugar del juicio, o el más próximo, con quince días de anticipación por lo menos. Dicho aviso se transmitirá por telégrafo al Ministerio de Hacienda, por si el Gobierno resolviere cambiar de lugar para el remate de las mercancías.
