Cumplimiento. Las Instituciones Especializadas en la certificación de la aptitud psicofísica para la tenencia y el porte de armas de fuego, deben contar con profesionales de la salud debidamente registrados ante la Secretaría de Salud. Además contar con equipos especializados en la toma de estas evaluaciones y debidamente certificados en su país de origen con por lo menos 100.000 pruebas realizadas para certificar la aptitud psicofísica de personas que manejan armas de fuego, en los campos de Psicología, Optometría u Oftalmología, y Fonoaudiología.
