º . Inadmisión de la solicitud. Cuando la solicitud no reúna los requisitos señalados en este decreto, se inadmitirá para que se subsane dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes, so pena de tenerse por desistida. El auto inadmisorio indicará claramente las omisiones y contra él procederá únicamente el recurso de reposición.
