Los terrenos ejidos urbanos inaptos para ser destinados a la solución del problema de la vivienda popular, tales como los situados dentro del sector comercial de las respectivas ciudades, podrán enajenarse con otro fin por los correspondientes municipios, mediante el requisito de la subasta, por su valor comercial.
