La Contraloría General de la República solicitará la suspensión o el retiro definitivo, según la gravedad del caso, del funcionario a quien se compruebe haber autorizado que se destine una apropiación presupuestal a fines distintos a los contemplados en ella o a gastos similares de otra dependencia.
