Los bonos asignados por la presente Ley para los acueductos de Cartagena y Buenaventura, no se entregaran por el Gobierno mientras no se establezca que dichas obras son de propiedad y de administración municipales.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en este artículo es aplicable igualmente a los bonos para el acueducto de Barranquilla.
