Exímese al Hospital de San Carlos, que ha de funcionar mediante las disposiciones testamentarias del señor Gustavo Restrepo Mejía, de toda clase de impuestos nacionales, Departamentales y municipales, directos o indirectos, inclusive los de importación de materiales y demás elementos necesarios para la construcción del edificio y sostenimiento de la Institución.
