Parágrafo 3

al artículo 2.2.1.6.3.1., del Capítulo 6 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1079 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Transporte, así: "

Parágrafo 3

Los contratos suscritos para la prestación del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial estarán sometidos a la Ley 2024 del 23 de julio de 2020, a lo reglado al respecto en el Código de Comercio o las normas que las adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan."
