La fiscalización de la Corporación se regirá por la Ley 151 de 1959 . El Contralor General de la República prescribirá sistemas apropiados a la naturaleza de la Corporación, teniendo en cuenta su carácter de entidad descentralizada, encargada de aplicar la técnica y los sistemas modernos de administración de empresas.
