Transferencia de bienes, derechos y obligaciones. A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se entienden transferidos a título gratuito por ministerio de la ley, todos los bienes muebles e inmuebles, derechos y obligaciones del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia al Ministerio del Interior, que tengan relación con las funciones establecidas para este Ministerio en las normas legales y en el presente decreto. Los bienes estarán identificados en las Actas que para el efecto suscriba el representante legal del Ministerio o su delegado, las cuales serán registradas en la respectiva oficina de Registro, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
