Articulo 46. Los interesados deberan dar por escrito todas los ordenes e instrucciones para la admision tratamiento conservacion transporte empaque toma de muestras inspeccion o extraccion de las mercancias. Las ordenes o instrucciones verbales no seran tomadasa en consideracion . Los depositantes deben comunicar por escrito los nombres de las personas a las que conceden autorizacion para firmar las ordenes e instrucciones y para retirar los documentos que deben ser entrgados por la Zona.
