Oferentes De Vivienda

º. Oferentes de vivienda. Los oferentes de vivienda serán las entidades territoriales y/o de cualquier naturaleza pública o privada, que presenten al Inurbe el proyecto para su elegibilidad, para cuyo efecto deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos mínimos

Presentar el proyecto de vivienda ante el Inurbe para su elegibilidad.

Organizar y presentar la postulación de los hogares interesados en adquirir una solución de vivienda en el proyecto a desarrollar.

Asumir los costos de la administración y de gerencia del proyecto.

Garantizar la financiación total del proyecto de vivienda.
