La suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior se manejará por una Junta compuesta por el Prefecto de la ciudad de Barbacoas, el Presidente del Concejo Municipal, el Cura párroco de aquella ciudad y dos ciudadanos honorables que serán nombrados por la Gobernación de Nariño. Esta Junta funcionará ad honórem y designará un Contador remunerado que prestará fianza y rendirá cuentas en los términos que indique la Contraloría General de la República.
