Los productos de las casas y locales de propiedad nacional existentes en la cabecera del Municipio de Marmato, mientras tales inmuebles no los necesite la Nación para el servicio de las minas, se destinarán a atender a campañas sanitarias en beneficio de la población, después de deducir los gastos de conservación.
