ARTICULO 3.1.6.2.30 .- MANEJO DEL REASEGURO E INFORMACIÓN ESTADÍSTICA. Las entidades aseguradoras que cuenten con autorización específica de la Superintendencia Bancaria pata la operación del ramo de seguro obligatorio de accidentes de tránsito, podrán celebrar los contratos de reaseguro que resulten procedentes sólo con entidades aseguradoras que cuenten con capacidad jurídica para ello. La información estadística y técnica derivada de la operación del seguro obligatorio será administrada oficialmente por las entidades públicas a que alude este capítulo.
