Art. 2. º Los alumnos oficiales de la Union que en el año escolar de 1874 no hayan hecho tres cursos por lo ménos, tendrán el deber de ganar cuatro en el presento año, computándose entre estos los que habiliten por medio de exámenes que presentarán ántes del 1.° de junio próximo, de las materias correspondientes a los cursos que hubieren perdido en el año anterior.
