Liquidación de cesantías. La Zona Franca deberá liquidar y entregar al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro las cesantías de sus empleados, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Decreto 3118 de 1968. Cuando se trate de trabajadores ocasionales, accidentales, transitorios o que ocupe por tiempo no mayor de un (1) mes y cuya labor sea distinta a las actividades normales de la Zona Franca, ésta pagará directamente las cesantías.
